INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP
Monday, February 8, 2010, 8pm-9:30pm
In this FREE workshop, you will learn basic Aikido principles and how to apply them to self-defense situations. This is the ideal way to experience what Aikido is like and to begin your practice. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age or physical condition. (Please bring a long-sleeved t-shirt or sweatshirt, sweat pants and a pair of slippers.)
